The Double Break Disconnectors are of simple construction, centre post rotating breaks at both the ends. The three column Disconnectors are mounted on a fabricated steel frame and the rotating post is supported by two ball bearings to ensure smooth operation.     Product Highlights BASE ASSEMBLY:The base frame is made out of a fabricated steel structure designed to withstand all the external forces like wind load, dead weight of Insulator & contacts, short circuit force and seismic force etc. The centre rotating post is supported by two nos. ball bearing one at top & one at bottom of the bearing housing with adequate distance between them to avoid wobbling of Insulator.CONTACTS:The Main Contact consists of two fixed contacts mounted on support insulators on both ends and one moving blade mounted on the rotating insulator at the centre.
