Flexible plummer block housing system adjustments ensure higher load capacity ratings. The perforations in the inner basket are specially punched and embossed in a CNC machine. A basket opening is provided with an optional detachable door for stone washing. There are 4 beaters in the basket, designed to allow the appropriate garment movement during the process and ensure right action on the garment . The main door has a sampling port with toughened glass and is also provided with a water level gauge. The drive mechanism is through a reduction pulley and V-belts and there is a facility to tilt the frame for easy unloading. The machine is equipped with a fully automatic control panel with all safety features . It has both manual and automatic mode of selecting the programmes. A computerised programmer is capable of storing 30 programmes with 50 steps in each programme.
