Ferrite core based high frequency transformer rectifier (hftr) unit is a high voltage switch mode power supply (smps) unit for electro static precipitator (esp). It supplies a smooth and ripple free high voltage dc into the esp field using the small internal capacitance of the fields. It improves the efficiency of esp than the conventional thyristor controlled tr set. The hftr is powered by a micro-controller based igbt controlled panel. The supply voltage of the panel is 3 phase 415 v 50 / 60 hz. Schematic diagram of the operation as below fine particles emissions are much more dangerous to health than the larger ones. Collecting of fine particles below 10 micro meter (pm10 ) in electro-static precipitators has not been very efficient with conventional system. A new high frequency tr set was developed with a pulse duration below 50 micro-second to used it with existing precipitators the current capability had to be in the ka range. It is possible to generate a high charge density in the electrode area, which leads increase charging of the fine particles. Flash over / sparks are mainly avoided due to the short pulse duration. The sequential controller provides the time sequential energization of pilot valve used on the dust collector equipment. The number of sequenced steps is adjustable from 2 to 40. Controls are provided to adjust the length of time between valves being energized (Pulse Frequency) and the length of time that the next valve is energized (Pulse Duration) Two independent method of starting and stopping the controller are provided The first method will automatically stop the sequence and reset the controller to the first valve position whenever AC power is removed and then reconnected .The second method is by a remote control contact connected to the terminals provided .   Product Details When the remote contact is opened the sequence stops .When the remote contact is re-closed ,the sequence continues from the previous position eliminating repeated cleaning of same rows of filter bags . These features are unique and meet demands of all kind of applications .The card is protected in steel coated. The fire proof enclosure can be provided upon request.. The differential pressure switch can work with this sequential timer to operate the system in demand mode from a remote location. An unique combination of DP switch controlled sequential timer can be provided for processes with variable load during operation .The cleaning is initiated upon reaching high DP and stopped upon achieving low DP .This arrangement saves compressed air and also enhances filter bags life. DP switch is not a part of this system.

Thermostat is a device for regulating the temperature of a system so that the system's temperature is maintained near a desired set point temperature. The thermostat does this by switching heating or cooling devices on or off, or regulating the flow of a heat transfer fluid as needed, to maintain the correct temperature. A thermostat may be a control unit for a heating or cooling system or a component part of a heater or air conditioner. Thermostats can be constructed in many ways and may use a variety of sensors to measure the temperature. A thermocouple consists of two dissimilar metals, joined together at one end, and produce a small unique voltage at a given temperature. The dust being separated inside the filter is continuously returned into the product stream thus preventing a mixing of different types of dust. Spot filter delivers the cleaned air where the dust-laden air was removed. In this way, no pressure differentials will occur between the production rooms. The amount of aspiration air is automatically adjusted by the built-on fan, depending on the extent of leakiness. The large suction intake involves a very low admission speed, thus minimizing turbulence and dust circulation. In the event of fire in a machine with built-on spot filter, the filter will not act as a connecting link to other machines. Spot filters are just as suitable for extension of existing central aspiration plants as they are for building up complete plants, only based on spot filters. With spot filters, existing plants are easily extended. New machines calling for dust aspirations are equipped with separate spot filters, and thus do not interfere with existing aspiration systems.

Pressure switches include set-point pressure switches that actuate when a specified pressure is reached and pressure measuring switches that are capable of measuring the ambient pressure and reacting accordingly.   A pressure responsive switch generally comprises a diaphragm responsive to a pressure change, a rigid ring for securing the diaphragm, and a pair of electrically conductive contacts that break contact based on movement of the diaphragm. Mechanical pressure switches typically provide an output signal in the form of a switch closure in response to application of mechanical or atmospheric pressure. A differential pressure switch is a device which utilizes differential fluid pressure from low and high pressure sources to actuate an electric switch at a pre-set actuation point. Differential pressure switches are commonly employed to control the operation of snap action switches.  

Tensioning plays an important role in successful operation of filter bags in reverse air bag house. Improper tensioning is one of the main causes of bag failure. Excessive tensioning of the bag results in unnecessary stress to the fabric and sewing thread of the bags, and typically failures occur around the cuff and anti collapsible rings. Insufficient tension causes excessive horizontal movements causing bag to bag abrasion. Pneumatic Tensioning Tool is a precision tensioning device that provides accurate and consistent bag tensioning. Equal and adequate tension is applied to all bags maintaining uniformity. Tensioning of filter bags vary from 50 to 75 pounds depending on the diameter of filter bags.
