Features Most significant feature of this machine is that it can work with equal efficiency on fresh (virgin) as well as used (second hand) bottles/vials, having variation in height and diameter. Perfect and uniform sealing, since there is no manual involvement at this time if sealing. Once being set, no repeated setting is required with perfect sealing all the time. Sealing rollers (made of high carbon steel) rotate on bearing to give smooth motion for uniform sealing. Minimum time required to change over from one size of cap to another. Screw management is provided for accurate height sealing. Machine top covers & platform are made of stainless steel which complies with high standards of GMP. Separate motors are provided for lifting and sealing operations controlled by overload tripping starter. No regular lubrication required.
