Seedings/setts/cuttings - To take 250 gm  Powder and dissolve in 100 litre of water, then treat all subject material. Soil Application - To  take 1 kg Powder and properly mix with 100 kg well decomposed FYM/vermin-compost/sand/soil and broad cast it over one acre of land before last ploughing or first irrigation or at moderate moisture level in the cultivated land.
