As totapuri mangoes reach our factory, they are inspected and loaded into a belt for further processing. The mangoes are washed with fresh and chlorinated water to remove foreign matter. The tip of the mangoes are cut manually, and a destoner machinery separates mango peels and stones. The products are passed through an evaporator which removes the water content from the pulp through a vacuum process. The mango puree concentrate passes through filters, magnetic traps, and metal detectors to remove foreign particles. The mango puree concentrate is analyzed and verified to meet the customer’s specifications. In the end, the concentrate passes through a sterilizer and is packed in aseptic bags in MS drums. The finished products are stored in cold storage warehouses.

The tomatoes are sorted out on reaching our processing facility, wherein rotten and spoiled fruits are removed. The tomatoes are unloaded, filled in the crates, and the sorted tomatoes are sent to the ripening chamber for the ripening process. The ripening process does not involve an artificial technique to maintain fresh flavors. They are then washed with chlorinated and freshwater to remove dust particles. The destoner machinery separates the peels, seeds and pushes them through a waste screw conveyor. The pulp collection tank is used to collect the pulp and then preheated at 85-90 degrees Celcius to inactivate microorganisms. The tomato puree then passes through the evaporator to remove the water content from the pulp through a vacuum process. The paste passes through a magnetic trap, online strainer, and metal detector to eliminate foreign matter. As a result, the tomato paste is packed in aseptic bags and stored at a temperature-controlled warehouse.

As the raw papaya reaches our factory, firstly quality check is undertaken to remove injured or spoilt papayas. The papayas are unloaded into the crates, are placed in the ripening chamber, where the ripening process is taken naturally. The focus is on maintaining the freshness and natural flavors of the red papaya puree concentrate. Papayas fruit undergoes 2 stages of washing. First, it is washed with fresh water at 20-50 ppm and then with chlorinated water at 70 Deg Celcius. The papayas are further sliced and sent to the destoner machinery, crushing the fruit to produce red papaya pulp. The product is preheated at 65 degrees - 70 degrees Celsius and passes a decanter to remove specks. The pulp passes through the evaporator to extract red papaya concentrate to remove the water content through a vacuum process. Eventually, the concentrate is passed through a magnetic trap and metal detector to remove a fleck of dust particles. The destoner machinery separates the mango peels, and a waste screw conveyor carries seeds and the waste out. The pulp is passed through centrifugal separators and decanters to remove speck particles. The pulp is, in the end, passed through a sterilizer and packed in aseptic bags in MS drums. Based on the customer requests and requirements, we supply canned alphonso mango pulp. Canned Alphonso mango puree is packed in Clean - tin lined OTS cans fabricated to ensure quality. The cans can be externally lacquered sufficient to prevent rusting. The final product is stored in our temperature-controlled warehouses.
