  Our potato fiber is a gluten-free fine potato fiber with excellent liquid-binding ability. It gives the bakery items juiciness and improves their shelf life. Potato fiber can be used in many ways in cooking, for example for breading meat and fish, bakeries and many more. Potato fiber is recovered from potatoes by a special production method without chemical additives. Potato fiber contains 65% dietary fiber, of which 2/3 is water insoluble and 1/3 water soluble.

The dehydration process begins with the use of choicest Malwa grown potatoes, that are washed, peeled, trimmed and then are cleaned, suitability water-blanched & finally dried to 8% or 9% moisture. DH Potatoes are then milled as per the mesh size required for powder application. StorageStore in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from outdoor conditions and direct sunlight.
