Their unique non clog nozzle atomizes water to fine mist state to ensue efficiencies of the towers and are easily maintained even during operations In this process, water gets cooled and the air gets heated / saturated thereby caring away some sensible heat from water. Their unique non clog nozzle atomizes water to fine mist state to ensue efficiencies of the towers and are easily maintained even during operations The Hot water from the heat source is circulated to the inlet header of the Cooling Tower. The inlet header pipes have branches and sub branches covering the internal area of the cooling towers. The non clog nozzles are connected at the outlets of the sub branch piping’s. At an inlet pressure of 1.5 to 2 Kg/cm2 to the Cooling Tower, the hot waters are atomized to a mist state. The nozzles are self designed to create more pressure thereby converting water into minute atomized particles. From the four sides of the louvers, plenty of fresh air is automatically circulated by the aero dynamic designed FRP louvers. Waters are directed by the special aero dynamic louvers towards the collection sump. The louvers ensure that the water do not spill out of the towers. The hot waters, that are in a mist state, comes directly in to contact with the ambient air and the cooling is achieved mainly by, the portion of water, that gets converted to vapors, thus caring away the latent heat of evaporation. Therefore, water gets cooled and in this process, the air gets heated, saturated and thereby caring away some sensible heat from water.

The towers blend easily with architectural surroundings, giving a unique aesthetic appearance.Designed to cool industrial re-cycled process water from temperature of 50 degrees to temperature of 4 plus the prevailing Wet Bulb temperature of the region. The design incorporate the static spray nozzle distribution to atomize water in to a mist state and ensure uniformity in water dispersion and are easy to maintain even during the tower operations.The hot water from the application is dispersed uniformly over the wet deck fill by means of static spray non clog nozzles. Simultaneously, air is induced through the fill media thus taking away the latent heat from the water passing through the fill media. Portion of water evaporated, removes the heat from the remaining water. The warm moist air is drawn through the fan deck is discharged to the atmosphere. Cold water, collected at the collection sump, is re-circulated to the heat source.
