We offer Mawa Gulab Jamun. 1. To make delicious gulab jamun, knead the contents with 250-300ml water/milk. Put some ghee or oil in both paims and prepare 100 crack free gulab jamun. 2. Deep fry in ghee or oil on mediumlow heat until golden brown drain excess ghee or oil. 3.Soak the jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 30 mins. Preparation of SUGAR SYRUP: Dissolve 1500 gm. sugar in 1600 ml. of bolling water and simmer 5 minutes.
