Add 300 ml water to 200 gms of VARSHA IDLI MIX, mix it well to make a smooth batter, keep it aside for 10 min. Pour the batter in greased Idli moulds. Boil 600 ml water in a pressure cooker, keep the stand in it and steam the Idlis on high flame for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot Idlis with VARSHA SAMBHAR and Coconut Chutney.
