We are manufacturing moderate heat duty bricks of standardspecial shapes and size as per customer requirements.we manufacture these moderate heat duty bricks by adopting wet process technology which results in developing very high compressive strength in our bricks ,thereby improving the performance .for the places where safe working temperature is more than 1300 deg cent we recommend high heat duty bricks & super heat duty bricks to our customers. These moderate & high heat duty bricks are generally used in cast iron foundaries, cupolas, rolling mills, lancashire boilers, rice mill, mini steel plants, boiler arches, high pressure boilers, checkers of open hearth furnaces, oil fired furnaces, glass factories & other miscellaneous industries.

We are offering insulation bricks. to arrest the thermal radiation loss and to check the heat losses of furnace for longer life of linings, different qualities of insulating refractories (both cold & hot face) are supplied according to the application areas. Insulation bricks find application in iron & steel, cement, chemical, copper, glass plant &other miscellaneous industries. These bricks have densities and conductivities ranging from low to moderate, low thermal expansion and very high resistance to thermal spalling.

In order to meet out the requirements of neutral refractories where safe working temperature is more than 1300 degree centigrade & slag reaction is severe we are manufacturing high alumina bricks as per customer requirements. High refractoriness increases with increasing alumina content. These bricks have high mechanical strength and excellent load-bearing properties at high temperatures besides having fair to excellent resistance to spalling. These high alumina bricks have high resistance to corrosion by many basic slags and fluxes and fair resistance to acid slags. These high alumina bricks are suitable for cement rotary kilns, laddle lining, glass industries, blast furnaces stoves & checkers, electric furnace roof & other miscellaneous industries.

We manufacture acid resistance bricks of following standard size, as per is-4860 is-4457.besides these standard size we also manufacture special shapes and size as per customer requirement. 1. 230mm*115mm*75mm 2. 230mm*115mm*38mm 3. 150mm*150mm*20mm 4. 100mm*100mm*12mm 5. 200mm*100mm*15mm these bricks are browngrey in colour for is-4860 and white in colour for is-4457 standard. The colour of the bricks does not have impact on the performance of the bricks., these bricks have good density and low water absorption and low porosity. Very high cold crushing strength. , high resistance to strong acids (except hydroflouric acid) and partial resistance to alkalies are the important technical parameters of our bricks. These bricks are used in chemical storage tanks, absorption towers, process tanks, flooring, vessels, chimney lining etc. In chemical, dyes and intermediates, alkalies, fertilizers, petrochemicals, paper, power and steel plants .

We are offering fire clay, castables. The chemical and physical properties of fire clays vary between wide limits; hence fireclay with widely varying combinations of properties are available. Most fire clay have relatively low thermal expansion; fair resistance to acid slags , and relatively lower resistance to basic slags and fluxes.
