Details HDF board is a wood fibre board made from fine wood fibres. The board is homogeneous through and through, has a particular dense, smooth, surface which is harder than MDF board.   PRODUCT SUMMARY HDF board is flatness and excellent treatment possibilities HDF board can be cut, drilled, painted or processed in other ways.

Action Tesa has more depth in Embossed HDF sheets and the depth is normally higher than 0.6mm whereas the others are just 0.2, 0.3mm. This results is a much more beautiful panel on Tesa HDF. ? Action TESA HDF Embossed Panels are ideally suitable for polishing, painting, PVC film pressing, membrane pressing etc. ? Action Tesa is using DOME technology so the moisture content is distributed equally in panels while other panels having high moisture content & moisture is not equally distributed, resulting more complaint. Action Tesa HDF Board which is being specially manufactured in-house with wax so that the paint consumption is much less as compared to any other panel available. ? It is made out of exploded wood fibres that have been highly compressed. It is similar to particle board and medium-density fibreboard, but is denser and much stronger and harder.It differs from particle board in that the bonding of the wood fibres requires no additional materials, although resin is often added. The hardboard variety is made without resin. The HDF version is made with resin. Unlike particle board, it will not split or crack.

Medium density fiberboard is the newest development in the wood panel industry. It is made from wood and other lignocelluloses materials, refined into fibers and reconstituted with a resin binder which is carried out at elevated temperature and pressure, and then sanded to uniform and precise thickness to get best quality plain and prelaminated MDF boards. Pre-Laminated HDF is laminated on both surfaces by synthetic resin -impregnated base papers under the influence of heat and pressure. This will be supplied as Pre-laminated HDF board with one-side lamination (OSL) and Both -side lamination (BSL).
