After this process you will be able to generate sales order for customers. On sales order module you can define client name, target delivery date, customer delivery date, currency and all product details which is given by customers. After generating order you will be able to print various reports. Now I have described what process will be followed by factory after receiving an order. Whenever stone inventory department will receive any stone demand sheet from factory they will purchase it and send the packets to factory. For that they will generate MRN (Material Receipt Note) when they purchase stones from vendor and to issue stone to Factory or outside labour they will generate MTN (Material Transfer Note) into software.
