Company has started its project in Suratgarh, Ganganagar District. The availability of ground water is very good & this project is situated on both sides of the minor of Indira Gandhi Canal.   In this project Company is providing the land at the rate Rs. 165.00 per sq. yard to the customer. Then for the purpose of tree plantation, the company will take this land on lease against agreement which will be done between Company & the land owner. Minimum size of the land will be 1500 sq. yard & in this area of land (1500 sq. yard) company will plant 200 trees ( Hybrid Neem, Hybrid Eucalyptus). Company will plant 200 trees in which 60% (that is 120 trees) will be a share of Landlord & the 40% (that is 80 trees) will be a share of tenant. Company bear all responsibility for the plantation as well as maintenance of the trees.Details  Share of the Landlord Land at the rate Rs. 165.00 sq. yard : 165x1500= Rs. 2,47,500 (one time investment) Investment on tree at the rate Rs. 60.00 per tree : 200x60= Rs.12,000.00(one time investment) Maintenance charge 0.70 Paise per sq. yard per month : Charges for  5 years= Rs. 63,000.00 Total Expenditure in 5 years except Land Rs. 75,000.00. Profit to the LandlordAppreciation from the Land. Profit from the trees : The weight of a tree in 5 years is Approx. 500 Kg. At present, minimum rate of the wood is Rs. 5 per kg. Rate of a tree in 5 years is Rs. 2500.00(minimum).The share of the landlord will be 2500x120 = Rs.3,00,000.00 (Approx.) Features of the project Profit from the appreciation of land.
