The holes, cracks and imperfections can be very easily hidden with Mr Plasto wall putty before and after painting the walls. like it has a smooth and strong finish thus giving a fine and polished look to the walls. Mr Plasto Wall Putty is much better than ordinary putty as it becomes an integral part of the plaster due to its White Cement constitution. This gives better compatibility, adhesive-strength and a long-life to Mr Plasto Wall Putty.Features : Highly Water Resistant Excellent Workability UV Resistance Smooth Finish Strong bonding Economical & easy to use Mr Plasto Wall Putty Preparation & Application Apply Mr Plasto Wall Putty only on cement concrete/ cement plastered surfaces. Mr Plasto ready mix plaster works effectively on both even and uneven backgrounds, which means that this ready mix can be used for both fine surface finishing and thick base plastering as per the requirements. Mr Plasto Ready Mix Plaster made by Sand(Bajri) & Cement Ratio 5:1.Features No wastage of water curing High Bond Strength No Crack Economical & Time Saving No solvent odour Fast Drying Premixed Preparation & Application The application surface should be rigid, and free from oil, grease, paint or any other dirt particles. Dampen the wall before application of plaster. Pour 6-7 liters of potable water in a clean container and then add 1 bag (40 kg) of MR PLASTO Ready Mix Plaster. It can be mixed by hand. Use of mechanical mixer or electrical stirrer is recommended for better results. Mixing should be done for 5- 10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment. Leave the mix to slake for 5- 10 min and remix before use. The mixture should be applied within one hour of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it's recommended that the surface is made rough for better sticking of the plaster layer. In normal weather, Mr PLASTO Ready Mix Plaster doesn't need watering for the first 24 hours. After the plaster is completely dry, curing should be done 2 - 3 times for 2 - 3 days. In abnormal weather conditions, curing for 5-7 days is required Packing Details : 20 Kg, 40Kg.

It makes Mr Plasto shrink less or crack less after drying. Mr Plasto P.O.P. covers more area with less material & after settling becomes strong thus it increases its longevity. Mr Plasto Plaster of Paris is produced with isothermic micronic process, at predetermined temperature and controlled moisture. Features & Advantages High Strength : High degree of compressive and tensile strength increases overall masonry and load-bearing capacity. Excellent Coverage : Due to lower density & higher volume, Mr Plasto covers 24 sqft / bag with a thickness of 13mm. Cracks Free Wall : Mr Plasto Plaster of Paris does not shrink or expand once setting process is complete. Hence, crack free walls are assured. Economical : Mr Plasto Plaster of Paris provides very smooth satin finish walls in single coat. Hence, saves money as well as time required for putty coating. Single Coat Application : It can be used directly on all internal surfaces like brickwork, hollow & solid concrete block. No Curing. Saves Water : Mr Plasto Plaster of Paris is self setting material hence once set does not need any more curing. High Thermal Insulation : R = 0.07 m2K/W at 13mm thickness. Faster Application : Its remarkable flowability allows faster MR PLASTO POP application. With the use of spray plaster machine, workability can be enhanced by 2 times. Mr Plasto Pop Prepartion & Application The background to be plastered should be free from dust & loose mortar. For higher coverage pre wetting of background is recommended. For plaster mix, add gypsum to water not vice versa & water to MR PLASTO ratio should be 1:1.5. Stir the mixer with a mixing rod thoroughly. Prepare plaster mix which should not last more than 15 minutes. Do not mix additional dry material once the mix begins to set. A single coat should not exceed 13 mm, if more than 13 mm thickness desired than it can be done after drying of first layer. To enhance the workability plaster spray machine can be used.
