Provision for such heavy mould carrier plates and arms are provided both side support for sturdy comfortable operation instead of cantilever type station arms, which is a special feature for the shuttle type machines.Features:We offer shuttle type Rotomoulding machines with heavy duty arms and mould supporting at both ends, rather then one side cantilever/spider type stations. Oven chambers are provided with efficient burner and blower for fast heating of moulds in large volume chambers. Straight arm capable of holding up to 16 nos. of moulds with four moulds carriers. On floor portable type high efficient Industrial cooling fans are provided for fast cooling. Provision for second /third charging man hole on top of the oven. Oven controls are equipped with necessary interlocking and safety devices. Micro processor based machine control panel with digital display. Both major and minor axis rotations are controlled by A/C variable drive controlled Motors. Mould positioning and systematic balancing facility is built with in. Extruder base: The base is fabricated out of mild steel plates, channels. The top of the base is machined to mount hopper block and barrel support bracket. The ac induction motor and helical gearbox are accommodated on the base of the frame.   Screw & barrel: The screw and barrel are made from special alloy steel. Barrel and screw are nitride hardened, fine polished and chrome plated. The function of the screw is to carry the material from hopper to die with homogeneous melt. For precise control of temperature the barrel is divided in to equivalent zones. Thermocouples fitted on the barrel and pyrometers on control panel are for monitoring and controlling of the temperatures in each zone. Die zone is mounted on die head for precise control of temperature of die head. Water-cooling jacket is provided in hopper block. Water circulation in the jacket is necessary, for the safety of thrust bearings.   Helical gear box ( inbuilt thrust housing): It is constructed robustly from cast iron to hold the barrel horizontal. Barrel is fitted with heavy flange with high-tension bolt. It is having three bearings. One additional bearing is to withstand thrust pressure during extrusion. Seals are provided for restricting the entry of raw material in the housing. All bearings are standard make.   Main drive: Ac motor with heavy-duty gearbox connected through v belt and sturdy Coupling.   Cooling tank: It is fabricated in ss sheet. Sufficiently long and leak proof. Tray is mounted on stand guide rollers are provided to guide the strands traveling from the tray. Outlets are given at the bottom to drain the water. Guide roll made out from s.s.   Palletizer It is fabricated in m.s sheet. Some parts of body fabricated from s.s. Sheet. 12 blades are running &1 blade is fixed. Blade size is 6” (inch) .IT Is running with a.c. Elect. Motor with fully covered.   Control panel Construction of panel is in m.s. Crc sheet. Panel is powder coated.
