It is only 11km away from Ajmer but separated from it by Nag Pahar (the snake mountain), & is situated right on the edge of the desert. If you wish to join them, do it with respect - remove your shoes, do not smoke & do not take photographs. The pilgrims here can be very touchy about insensitive intrusions by non - Hindus.
