IR2200 is a general purpose synthetic rubber having almost the same molecular structure as natural rubber. It also has the characteristic of enabling the shortening of mastication and mixing time. It Can be blended with other rubbers such as NR, SBR, BR, etc. and is applicable to transparent and light-color products.

Polybutadiene Rubber (BR) is manufactured through solution polymerizationof 1,3-butadiene with nickel catalyst. Along with SBR, it is one of the widely used synthetic rubber products because it shows high wear resistance, elasticity, aging resistance and water resistances. Major application for PBR include tyre treads, tyre carcass and sidewalls, under-treads, cycle tyres, conveyor belts, sportswear, golf balls, automotive components, conveyor belts and shoe heels and soles. PBR is also well suited for the production of flexible rollers and mechanical goods due to its superior elasticity, resilience and abrasion properties. Nitrile rubber (NBR, Buna-N) is a synthetic rubber product manufactured by emulsion-polymerizing acrylonitrile and butadiene in low temperature. Nitrile rubber provides excellent resistance to petroleum oils as well as mineral and vegetable oil. Nitrile rubber also offers strong resistance to heat aging - often a key advantage over natural rubber, which can harden and loseits damping capability. Nitrile rubber is also a great material choice for applications that require abrasion resistance and metal adhesion. Neoprene (also polychloroprene or pc-rubber) is a family of synthetic rubbers that are produced by polymerization of chloroprene. Neoprene exhibits good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range.

Slight resinous matter (rust) and slight amounts of dry mould on wrappers, bale surfaces and interior sheets, found at time of delivery will not be objected to. Should “rust” or “dry mould” in an appreciable extend appear on more than 30% of the bales sampled, it shall constitute grounds for objection. Large bark particle, bubbles and small blisters, stains, over–smoked, slightly sticky rubber and blemishes of the amount and size shown in the sample are permissible. Slightly under dried rubber is permissible. Weak, heat, burnt, oxidized spots or streaks are not permissible. The rubber must be dry, firm, and free of blemishes except to the extent shown in the samples. Dirty packing, sand and all other foreign matter other than specified above is not permissible.

The rubber must be dry, firm and free of blemishes, blisters, sand, dirty packing and all other foreign matter other than those specified above as permissible.
