Ltd., since established in 1992 have been engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Smoke Tube Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater, Thermal Oil Heater, Water Softening Unit Ion Exchange, Cyclonic Dust Collector via implementing various techniques developed through R & D to impart its clients with best out of the product in the terms of maximum fuel saving at full load capacity, long product life through its best designing with output steam at its maximum possible super-saturated form. Thus making it more work oriented-customer demanding and eco-friendly product.
Our Thermo pack division is also working in the field of oil circulating high temperature boilers manufacture with the same quality oriented policy to furnish its customers with best out of its products. Our major consideration leaps towards the high products efficiency at lowest fuel cost and to transfer the calorific values of fuel to the subsidiary thermal oil at its maximum through alternative conductions as well as convection techniques designed accordingly.
We are also been working in the field of water and waste solutions to make its products more eco-friendly and to sustain cum impart the extended life to its products. Our waste control solutions includes, Air Pollution Control Equipments & Water Pollution Control equipments & there demand to specific product depends on the fuel type used in the product. Water solutions includes pre-input water purifiers i,e. Water softening plant for steam boilers where soft water is required whereas post-operation water treatment plant used in various industries i.e. Leather, Chemical, Textile, Metal Processing industries to purify the contaminated water which should be susceptible to be thrown or reused.
Our other engineering division works in upgrading various, high as well as small scale, Industrial streams working on traditional heat sources through our proven products e.g. Food products industries including Sweet shops, Namkeen-Bhujiya and Bakery, Milk products, Dry-fruits processing industries etc.
Its been proved by us that by upgrading these various streams with our quality heating products via Steam Boilers, Thermo packs replacing traditional burning fuel and via various Stainless Steel Callers, Dishes with all automatic sensor devices to regulate the process. The expenses ion the fuel cost has dramatically been reduced up-to 60-70% with improved product quality & low working load.
