Myoma Screw is used to extract fibroids from the endometrium during myomectomy. The instrument is a coiled spring like structure that is attached to a handle with an overall length of 17 cm. The surgeon places the tip of the screw on the inside of the uterus against fibroid and spins it while applying pressure on the handle.
