Features: Solid Copper Earth Rods feature an internal tapped hole at each end which allows them to be joined together with the use of a coupling dowel. When deep driving a solid copper earth rod the usual practice is to insert the rod into a bore hole and backfill with either Low-Resistance Earthing Compound or Bentonite. Available with different threaded version. Threads are formed by roll threading process to ensure extra strength and avoid the risk of chipping while driving the rods in the ground. Application: For earthing Installation. Solid copper earth rods are installed where extremely high corrosion resistance and exceptionally long service are required. Commonly used where soil conditions are more aggressive, i.e. areas with high levels of salt content.

Copper Bonded Earth rods are manufactured from high tensile - low carbon steel, complying to the requirements of BS 4360, Grade 43 A. Each Rod is molecularly bonded with 99.9% EC grade Copper to a maximum of 350 microns. These rods prove to be the most economical due to the use of steel instead of Copper as well as sufficient in tensile strength which enables the use of power hammer to push the rods deeper into the soil. The Earth Rods are provided with threading ass per customer's requirements and are treated with Benzole - Triozole to prevent oxidation.

BCI Earth Rods are made from high tensile-low carbon steel compling with requirements of BS 4360 Grade 43 A. Each rod is molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure, high conductivity copper bondings, each rod is treated with Benzol-triozole derivatives. Threads on rods are formed by roll threading process, giving threads extra strength, eliminating risk of chipping the threads while driving the rods in the ground. Solid Copper Earth Rods BCI Solid copper earth rods are made in two types. Externally threaded and internally threaded.
