They are manufactured from Structural Quality High Tensile Steel Grade 43A to BS 4360. These rods are molecularly bonded with pure EC Grade Copper (99.9%). They can be driven by power hammers to a great depth. The threads of these rods are produced by Roll Threading Process which insures greater strength and more durability than cut thread. 

They are manufactured from highly conductive EC Grade Copper. They offer great resistance to corrosion. They are ideally used in applications where the salt content in the soil is very high. Size : 16mm 2Omm (length as per customer specifications).  

Copper Bonded Earth rods are manufactured from high tensile - low carbon steel, complying to the requirements of BS 4360, Grade 43 A. Each Rod is molecularly bonded with 99.9% EC grade Copper to a maximum of 350 microns. These rods prove to be the most economical due to the use of steel instead of Copper as well as sufficient in tensile strength which enables the use of power hammer to push the rods deeper into the soil. The Earth Rods are provided with threading ass per customer's requirements and are treated with Benzole - Triozole to prevent oxidation.

When deep driving a solid copper earth rod the usual practice is to insert the rod into a bore hole and backfill with either Low-Resistance Earthing Compound or Bentonite. Application: For earthing Installation. Solid copper earth rods are installed where extremely high corrosion resistance and exceptionally long service are required. Commonly used where soil conditions are more aggressive, i.e. areas with high levels of salt content.
