Rod is produced in round, hexagonal, square and rectangular shapes and is finished on combined drawing line and draw benches. Our rods are used in end products which require machining, forging, cold heading, cold forming, welding, stamping, redrawing strength. We have the capability to analyze all alloys cast on site both as melt control and final analyses. Final mechanical and physical property lot testing may include Tensile properties, Hardness, Grain Size and Micro structural Examination.

  We are leading stockholder, supplier and exporter of metal are coiled. Coils are produced in the size range of 1.5mm to 8mm in a wide variety of copper alloys. Maximum coil weight without any joint is 100 kgs.  

  We offer inserts made from brass. Further the round knurled inserts, hexagonal inserts and square inserts are also available. The inserts are available with diamond, straight or unidirectional Knurling. We also offer to Develop & Supply Standard or Non-Standard Studs & Fasteners from Cold Forging & Bar Turning as per Customer Drawings, Specification, Design, Samples & Requirement.
