The entire transformer oil filter machine could be operated & monitored from a single point by one operator only.All necessary valves & control devices are within reach of the operator standing in front of the control panel. After easy manual startup the plant is capable of caring out fully automatic operation.

Mineral insulating oil reconditioning plant encased in weather proofing CRCA sheets, robust base made of 6 mm checker plate & channel, mounted on 4 nos Auto mobile wheel with spring chassis with well designed doors open able upward thru gas spring with high aesthetics. The machine is suitable for treating transformer oil by Thermo vacuum treatment via low watt density heaters. Heaters chambers are designed such that the heat density of heater tubes is kept as low as 2.0 watts/cm2 to transfer the heat in a uniform way. Suitably located deflector plates direct the oil at high flow velocities across the heaters tubes, thus ensuring efficient heat transfer and low surface temperature to avoid localized overheating, hot spot and braking of oil and then passing through specially design/ filter and subjecting to vacuum treatment to dehydrate and degas the oil thru Fiberglass Coalescing Method (spreading the oil in a thick layer of fiberglass shell) inside high vacuum chamber. This replaceable Glass fibers of 4 to 7 micron dia not only exposes each litre of oil into a corresponding surface up to 400 m2 area but sharp ends of glass fiber contributes to the evolution of the gas from the oil break-up to gas bubbles.
