PUSH-ON HOSE FITTINGS
Manufactured for low and medium pressure, these fittings are quick connecting and have high resistance to vibration damage.
...morePOL FITTINGS
Always consult hose and/or tubing specifications for media compatibility, pressure and temparature rating.
...morePipe Fittings
Manufactured with threads which conform with the American standard taper pipe thread and have a good resistance to vibration and pipe movement.Tapered threads of the pipe mesh with tapered thread of fitting form an air tight seal. Recommended uses:copper, brass and iron pipe Working temperature: –65°F to 250°F Material: 1) Bar Stock CA360 2) Forged CA377 Working pressure: 1,000 psi Applications: oil, water, air, natural gas, and liquified petroleum product
...moreINVERTED FLARED TUBE FITTINGS
Generally made in accordance with SAEJ512 and designed for use with copper, brass, aluminum and welded steel hydraulic tubing and flared like S.A.E. 45°flared fittings. A long nut is useful for excessive vibration. To make a connection, place the nut over the tubing, threaded end toward the tubing end to be flared. Flare tubing to create a 45°flare. The tube flare is clamped between nut and flare seat of body when screwed together. When assembly is tightened with a wrench, a leak-proof metal-to-metal joint is created. Recommended uses:copper, brass, aluminum and welded steel hydraulic tubing Working temperatures:-65°F to 250°F Material: Brass CA-360 (some steel) Application:fuel and oil lines, automotive brake, LP and natural gas connections
...moreHose Barb Fittings
Always consult hose and/or tubing specifications for media compatibility, pressure and temparature rating. Working temperature:-40°F to 160°F Material:1) Bar Stock CA360 2) Forged CA377 Working pressure: 150 psi maximum based on hose/tubing size. Applications: Air, water and other low pressure fluids conveyed via low pressure hose or thermoplastic tubing.Always consult hose and/or tubing specifications for media compatibility, pressure and temparature rating. Working temperature:-40°F to 160°F Material:1) Bar Stock CA360 2) Forged CA377 Working pressure: 150 psi maximum based on hose/tubing size. Applications: Air, water and other low pressure fluids conveyed via low pressure hose or thermoplastic tubing.

Materials: CA360 Vibration Resistance: Good Working Pressure: 150 PSI Maximum based on hose size ALWAYS consult hose specifications Conformance: ALWAYS consult hose and/or tubing specifications for media compatibility, pressure and temperature ratings Applications: Garden hose applications which do not exceed 150 PSI including water, irrigation, car wash and piping systems. Temperature Range:35 to +100°F2 to +38°C Advantage:No assembly equipment requiredApplicable in wider range of applications
...moreflared tube fittings
Manufactured in accordance with S.A.E. A long nut is available for applications with excessive vibration. To make a connection, place nut with threaded end toward tubing end to be flared. Flare tubing to create a 45°flare. Tube flare is clamped between nut and fitting flare when screwed together. A leak proof, metal-to-metal joint is created when assembly is tightened with a wrench. Disconnecting and reconnecting do not weaken the fitting joint. Recommended uses: copper, brass, aluminum and welded steel hydraulic tubing that can be flared Working temperature: –65°F to 250°F Material: 1) Bar Stock CA360 2) Forged CA377 Working pressure: depends on temperature and the type of tubing used Application: fuel, air, oil, water, LP and natural gas lines
...moreD.O.T. FITTINGS
Meets D.O.T air brake specifications. Use with S.A.E.J844 type A and B nylon tubing. Easy to assemble, no flaring needed. Also meets S.A.E. standards, S.A.E.J246 and S.A.E.J1131. To assemble, cut tubing squarely. Insert tubing into fitting until bottomed on seat. Then tighten nut so one thread remains visible on fitting body. Working temperature:-40°F to 200°F Material:1) Bar Stock CA360 2) Forged CA377 Working pressure:up to 150 psi Applications:air brake system and cab air controls 2) HOSE ENDS AIR BRAKE FITTINGS Designed for use on truck and bus compressed air brake systems. Meets S.A.E. J1402C (formerly Type B) and D.O.T. FMVSS-106 specifications. Intended exclusively for use with 876 and 878 hose. Working temperature:-63°F to 250°F Material: BRASS CA-360 Working pressure:125 psi Maximum burst pressure:900 psi Applications: truck and bus compressed air brake systems 3) COPPER TUBE AIR BRAKE FITTINGS Meets requirments of S.A.E. AND DOT as indicated by configuration. Working temperature:-63°F to 250°F Material: BRASS CA-360 Working pressure:125 psi Maximum burst pressure:900 psi Applications :Air brake systems on heavy trucks and trailers that are plumbed with copper tubing
...moreCompression Fittings
Manufactured for low and medium pressure applications, they should not beused when excessive vibration or tube movement is experienced. Assembly does not require flaring or soldering. To make connection, place nut and then sleeve over tubing and insert tube into body of fitting as far as possible. When nut is tight the wedging action of sleeve between body and nut create a tight leak free connection Recommended uses:copper, brass and aluminum tubing Material: 1) Bar Stock CA360 2) Forged CA377 Working pressure:dependent on temperature and type of tubing Application:air, oil, water and natural gas line
