Enterprise offers Hydraulic & Mechanical Road Broomer machine for cleaning of surface before application of tack coat or laying of new Hot Mix Asphalt.   The unit is having two nos. pneumatic tires and tow bar from traction. It can be easily attached to the tractor or similar vehicle for operation. It is raised or lowered manually and the broom rotates as it gets coupled to the two wheels on which the unit is mounted. When in operation; it is lowered and the Broom shaft is coupled to its own wheel drive and the broom works to collect all the dust, debris and waste material in to the dust bin behind it. This Broom is carried to a pit where the dust bin is opened and the waste collected is disposed in the pit with the operating the manual lever.

The Chip Spreader is constructed from pressed steel with square and rectangular section. The unit is driven by pneumatic tire which transmits the drive from the road surface to a dog clutch mounted on a lay shaft. Further the drive to the feed roller is transmitted through chain and sprocket mechanism.A metered application results by using spring loaded drive wheel, that automatically contacts the road surface as the body is tipped to the working position, and rotates the feed roller relative to ground speed through an operator controlled dog clutch.
