Fully Automatic PLCCNC controlled special point grinding machines integrated with micro glass bead blasting ensures consistent and high quality of Needle bevel. Ev en the Trephine (Biopsy Punch) grinding machine is CNC controlled with auto loading system.

Micro Emulsifying Needle is widly used for mixing of oil based liquids or any two liquid media differing in viscosity. By locking two syringes on to the double hub needle or double hub adapter, two liquids such as a mineral oil and an emulsifying agent may be readily pumped between the two syringes to produce a uniform mixture.

This consist of five parts Thin wall needle with sharp edge bevel point. Sharp point tracar for initial skin piercing. Curved Pin (Biopsy stop) to eliminate less of handling and prevent speciment damage. Fitted stylet for Cleaning the cannula. Adjustable Needle stop to praide controlled depth penetration.

This needle is available with either sharp 15o bevel point or a blunt end. It is designed for use with 1/2" I.D. Rubber of Plastic tubing.
