After coating with Stone-Xtra Dura Deep, stone becomes water-proof.   How to Use Take a piece of cotton cloth/ Jute/ sponge, shake the liquid in the container and wet the cloth with Stone-Xtra Dura Deep. Apply on the polished surface of the stone. Let the applied surface dry up to 5 minutes. Buff the surface with Buffing Machine. Get high glossy, laminate -like film with deep color.   Note For  better  result  use  grinder  like buff machine & Saw dust. In this case let the Stone xtra dura deep to dry upto 15-30 mins. Sprinkle saw dust (fine) over the surface. Buff the surface using woollen pad attached on buff machine .

Surface Preparation Clean the surface thoroughly, as it should be free from dust, oil, grease or any free/loose particle. Remove the existing paint layer/coating before application. Dry the stone completely. Clean the surface of the stone with dry cloth so that every loose/dust particle is removed. Take coat/resin in a plastic bowl, add A-1 (blue liquid) maximum 2% (depending on the climatic condition) of the coat and mix thoroughly then add C-2 (white liquid) max 2% of coat again mix well. Pour the mixed coat on the stone slab and apply quickly with the help of iron blade (Funner patti). Important point to remember is that the coat should be used within 3-5 minutes after mixing all the components to avoid pre-gelling and wastage. Let the coat cure for 8-12 hrs. Remove the excess coating by grinding with 320 no. (Resin bond abrasive) and ensure that the coat is removed. (Do not grind excessively to avoid removal of coat from pores.)   Precaution : Don't Put A-1 & C-2 at the same time to avoid fire accident.

Apply some pressure to the bonded surface for strong adhesion and wipe the excess material. Let the bond to cure for 8-12 hrs.

Lay the WSP Powder Mix+ [WSP Powder (3): Moongia {fine/small} (2): Coarse Sand (1)] upto 1-3 inches as per the situation. Place the heavy Machine Cut Stone Slabs over the treated area / surface. Fill the joints between the stones with Nushar's Plugger Paste  Apply 3 coats of SMART MASTER COAT (SMC) Now put 2 to 6 inch layer (pV) of Mortar [Cement, Sand (Fine OR Coarse) and stone [Moongia (fine/small) / Rodi (jksM+h), by adding 15-20% SMART C.C.P MIX+ in Water. Apply 3 coats of Smart Master Coat. During 3rd coat or Final Coat (In Wet condition) spread the fine sand over it (Let it cure for 8-10 Hrs.) Finally lay Tiles/Stones over the floor as per your choice to complete the leak proof treatment.   Underground Wall Treatment Remove entire plaster. Repair all the joints/holes/cracks with the help of Nushar's Hydro Plugger Paste and to give support & strength, apply Cement Mortar over the Hydro plugger paste . Get the cement mortar cured for at least 24 hrs. Clean /water wash the wall Surface thoroughly. After sealing of Joints/ Holes apply “SMART MASTER COAT”. Process of Applying Smart Master Coat : Apply first coat SMART MASTER COAT adding 50% water in it. (as a primer coat.  Allow it to dry fully). Apply second coat of pure SMART MASTER COAT. let it dry for 30-45 mins. Apply third coat of pure SMART MASTER COAT. let it dry for 30-45 mins. While applying the fourth and final coat, spread coarse silica sand grains over the final coat immediately.  Add 15-20% of “Smart C.C.P Mix+” in to water & prepare the mortar for plastering the walls. finally plaster the walls.   After curing of plaster apply 3 more coat of Smart Master Coat.   Note : If this process is done exactly as suggested instructions in proper way and as per company's guide line, you will get 100% complete solution of this problem.

Let it be cure for 1-2 days as per weather conditions and apply SMC on the crack as per given procedure. Pipe Joint Reduce the glaze of the pipe with the help of emery paper and wash in the properly. Apply Waterproof Flexible Crack Filling Polymer with the help of Funner Patti on the area of pipe which is to be inserted into the Joint. Fix the pipe into the Joint & then seal it from outside as well. Wipe the excess material & let it be cure for 1-2 days.
