The most important aspects on phosphorus cycle are microbiological process of mineralization, solubilization and immobilization besides chemical fixation of phosphorus in soil. Solubilization is due to microbial production of organic and inorganic acids which effectively dissolved inorganic phosphates and render them available to the soil flora and growing plants.
