Essential oil can be extracted by steam distillation. As the feedstock contain very less percentages of such oil, it could be very difficult or not possible to extract by mechanical pressing. Our plant set up can able to process following feedstocks in order to extract their oils. Cedarwood and Western Red CedarCumin SeedsPalmRosaPalo Santo and other feedstocks which can be processed through steam distillation. Usually, this is a batch process and steam can be applied at moderate pressure into extraction vessel and then discharged from the top of the vessel. These condensed water-oil mixture can easily be separated by gravity separator. We also provide continuous extraction plant where large feedstock needs to be process.
