We would like to submit this letter is to briefly introduce, O.I.L Engineering services, OIL is founded in Kakinada 5th march 2012, we are based with Facility in core business of Ship repair, Heavy Steel and Pipe fabrication, Maintenance of Marine Equipment and Manpower Suppliers
O.I.L Provide comprehensive services of Structural-steel, pipes, pressure vessels, Mechanical-plants & machineries, Heat-exchangers, Boilers, Electrical-Automation, Hydraulics, HV-AC, Rewinding, Tank cleaning, Blasting & Painting, Hydro-Blast to 40K PSI.
Core Management Team is headed by professionals with several years of industrial experience. We are determined to be the most 'reliable service partner' to protect customer's interest and investment with trust and utmost confidence at very competitive manner.
. Our team consists of highly skilled workers including certified SMAW, FCAW, SAW and GTAW welders, Steel fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Riggers under the guidance of our well experienced Engineers, Supervisors and Foreman and work inspectors execute jobs to exacting quality standards and schedule. The management composition is a judicious blend of experience and systematic planning and execution to achieve even the impossible
All our welders are certified by ABS classification society for the both Structural and Piping. These welders are qualified for 6G position and below as per ASME-IX rules. Also qualified for Ferrous and Non Ferrous materials like Carbon steel ABS Grade-A, EH 36, AH 36 etc, S/S 316L, 304L and Copper Nickel 90/10, 70/10 and Aluminum, Brass materials
The company has established procedures for maintaining safety standards and international quality standards. All the personnel are trained and monitored to observe the laid down procedures to avoid untoward lapses of safety and quality. Customer requirements of safety and quality are incorporated in to the contract.
