Uses : It can be used as a scent while applying on the wrist. Apply to bottoms of feet and pulse points to uplift mood. To get rid of skin imperfections use twice daily. Directions for Use : Diffusion - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Topical use - Apply one to two drops in the desired area. To reduce the sensitivity of the skin, use it with coconut oil. Internal use - Add one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid. Cautions : Do not drop oils directly in the ear canal or eyes and sensitive areas.
