The material is hard and shock resistant and therefore has a high fatigue strength. The company manufactures high precision Steel Bushes with complex oil grooves and oil holes. bimetal bushes are also manufactured. These bimetal bushes are manufactured from sintered bimetal strips, which are blanked to form bushes.They are ΔΔ triangle finish from outer and inner diameter. These Spacer Plates are being produced by us according to strict drawings and quality standards. Every individual plate is tapered, rolled, punched, heat treated and finally dip painted in special corrosion preventing paint leaving a thick layer.
