DISINTEGRATOR with integral separator provide an automatic complete grinding system for medium to fine grinding of wide variety of spices, ayurvedic and other foodstuffs. They are suitable for handling different spices, herbs, roots, leaves, saw dust, cattle feed, bran, filtered cakes, sugar, soft & medium hard minerals and other foodstuffs. DISINTEGRATOR is multipurpose economy mill, which can handle lumpy and irregular size materials to produce coarse to medium fine powder. The material is fed to the mill through manual feeder where it is ground by Impact, Shearing, Crushing, and Auto collision of materials. The person feeding the material controls feeding to any desired rate. The material from the feeding hopper is fed directly in the grinding chamber and is conveyed to the periphery of the chamber through a single row of beaters, thus gradually reducing them to the desired fineness .The mill is a fixed hammer type machine incorporating a bottom screen. Screen of required gap is placed at the bottom of the chamber and allow the pulverised material to fall by gravity to the bottom cone.

It should be noted that for finer and of average heavy work, the medium Size disintegrator is more suitable. The larger sizes are more suitable for coarse grinding. It is better to install coarse screen and shift in rotary shifter afterwards (if necessary) to separate fine mesh powder. Extremely fine screens.   Introduction   Shri Krishna Disintegrator is a coarse grinding machine lined with suitable lining plates which uses grinding and crushing mechanism through hammers to pulverize the raw material.   Working   The raw material is fed into the grinding chamber of the machine through manual feeding i.e. the rate of feeding is controlled by the person who is feeding the material into the unit.   The main shaft is set in the grinding chamber which runs on ball or roller bearing and is the only revolving part in the machine. A single row of swing type hammers are fixed to the main shaft. These hammers crush the raw material entering the grinding chamber to the desired fineness by the movement against the lining plates. The unit is provided by replaceable screens placed at the bottom of the grinding chamber. This screen is of the desired mesh thereby allowing the pulverized material of uniform consistency to pass through it. The Main body is fabricated with thick M.S. Plates or C.I. as desired and is electrically welded. Every contact part of the main machine is lined with suitable heavy duty lining plates. These lining plates are like a shield to the machine from wear and tear thus increasing the longevity of the machine. The hammers fitted on the main shaft are coated with hard alloys.
