INTRODUCTION: SINGHASINI HAMMERMILL with integral separator provides an automatic complete grinding system for medium to fine grinding of wide variety of spices, ayurvedic. WORKING PRINCIPLE: SINGHASINI HAMMER MILL is multipurpose economy mill, which can handle lumpy and irregular size materials to produce coarse to medium fine powder. The material is fed to the mill through manual feeder where it is ground by Impact, Shearing, Crushing, and Auto collision of materials. The person feeding the material controls feeding to any desired rate. The material from the feeding hopper is fed directly in the grinding chamber and is conveyed to the periphery of the chamber through a MULTIPLE row of beaters, thus gradually reducing them to the desired fineness .The mill is a swing hammer type machine incorporating a bottom screen. Screen of required gap is placed at the bottom of the chamber and allow the pulverized material to fall by gravity to the bottom cone. The Mill is so designed to give cooler powdering operation, and hence vital properties of powder like color, taste, flavor etc. are retained to its maximum level possible. CONSTRUCTION: The HAMMER MILL is fabricated out of thick M.S. Plates for better accuracy and reinforced ribbed for high strength. The upper half of the mill is lined with specially designed, sharp edged shearing type of Striking plate for better cutting grinding action and the lower half has M.S. Perforated screen for the desired fineness. Both the striking plate and screen frame are guided by special type of grooved ring for easy removal and cleaning purpose. The Main Shaft is supported on heavy duty self-aligning type BallRoller Bearings fitted in dust proof C.I. Bearing Housings.

  Introduction   Shri Krishna Hammer Mill is a swing cutter type grinding chamber lined with suitable lining plates. The machine works on the principle of grinding and sieving.   Working   The raw material to be grinded is entered in the grinding chamber through a wide feed hopper. This feeding in the machine can be controlled through the adjustable slide. This material reaches the central rotor.   The hammers present in the central rotor crush the feeded material against the lining plates. This is referred as impact grinding. This crushed material is expelled through the screen classifier. The main function of the screen classifier is to pass only the uniform powder and separate the over-sized particles. (This screen can be of different sizes as desired by the user)   This unit is provided with a powerful blower which sucks the screened uniform powder and throws it into the cyclone through the pipe. This blower not only helps in maintaining a cool temperature inside the machine but also helps in cleaning the screens thereby increasing the productivity.
