(Double Head) Two head liquid filling machine suitable for filling bottles by vacuum process. A vacuum pump is used in it. The liquid is filled into the bottle up to predefined level & excess liquid is delivered back into the small glass reservoir attached to the machine, from where it goes to main reservoir tank. L&M Drier are designed for uniform circulation of hot air to maintain same temperature in the drier cabinet. It is constructed by S.S./M.S. (Clint Requirement) material with rigid frame work, double walled, heavily insulated with fiber glass. Temperature controlled by Thermostat. Heater Circuit interlocked with motor of the fan so that heaters are switched ON only when fan motor is operating. SPECIAL FEATURES: Designed for uniform circulation of hot air in the drying chamber. This machine is designed to clean vials, bottles or other similar containers by subjecting each to a series of distinct processing operations. Independent line connection for various processing systems is provided. The machine is also equipped with one additional connection for washing or rinsing the outside of the container. The Rapid Mixer Granulator was developed in close co-operation with pharmaceuticals and chemical industries. With the RMG wet shifting is generally no longer necessary. After the mixing of the dry components, subsequent wet granulation occurs (without transfer of dry mixture) producing loose granules in RMG.
