This is the pump used for the purpose of creating the required vacuum within the Plodder machine. This is mounted separately with arrangement of a water tank for continuous circulation of water since this is a water ring type pump.

  This is the machine where the soap mix from the Sigma Mixer is extruded finally to get noodles through perforated plate mounted at its discharge with a rotating cutter.This consists of two parallel rotating worms which move the material forward.Fabricated worms are used to ease the operation with low energy consumption.Barrels are jacketed for water cooling to keep the temperature maintained to required limit.The materials of construction are S.S 304 at all the area where the soap is in contact.Various sizes are available in 100mm,150mm,200mm,250mm,300mm,350mm.

We offer tripple roll mil. This machine is provided with an arrangement of three rolls moving clockwise and anti-clockwise simultaneously. The material after noodler is passed through these rolls and subsequently scrapped into fine flakes form and passed into next machine. A cooling arrangement is also mechanized into rolls.

  This machine is used to crush the final mixed material between the close clearances of Chilled Rolls.This machine consists of three chilled steel rolls with the arrangement of chilled water flow inside the rolls to maintain the required temperature of soap flakes .For the controlling of clearances between the two rolls a soft control through a cam drive is provided at the four side walls.The various sizes and capacities are available as per the requirement.

It is used for mixing the chemicals used for making cream, jeal, lotion etc.

We offer Soap Storage Tank. The hot molten Soap prepared in crutcher is stored in this storage tank which is gradually passed into next processing machine via gravity flow. This tank is also provided with a jacket around so that the soap stored in the tank remaining molten condition.

This machine is used for making flakes of soap from hot molten liquid soap to solid. This machine is connected with chilling plant from where the cold water is flown through the moving drum core where solidification of hot molten soap takes place which is dropped by gravity from storage tank and the soap collected over the circumference of the drum is scrapped with the help of blades mounted in the machine.

This is a reaction vessel where the saponification takes place to create liquid hot soap.This is used for making Laundry Soaps, Toilet Soaps,Transparent Soap and other similar applications.This machine is equipped with a mixing worm inside the vessel moving within a hot jacketed tube to provide the complete saponification.Screw worm is driven by an arrangement of GearBox and Motor mounted on top of the vessel.Material of construction and various sizes are available as per the application.

This is a mixing machine provided with the arrangement of two Z-shaped arms which are when rotating mix the mass (Soap Flakes) inside the machine in a dough making manner. In this machine the colour, Perfume, and other kind of filler additives are added and mix with the soap.

This machine is used for transferring the material from one machine to another to save the manual labor and spillage of material during transfer. Raw materials after screening are transferred through this machine to Elevator or mixers as per the process layout.The machine consists of a tube having fitted with a screw and geared drive to run the machine.The material of construction is available as per the requirement in M.S and S.S.The various sizes and capacities are available as per the requirement.

When the extruded cake is discharged through the mouth of plodder it is required to stamp and cutted into big size bars which are cutted by this bar cutter and stamping is also done at the same time. These bars are passed to next machine i.e. cake cutting machine.

This raw material handlling system is used for transferring the material from one machine to another machine.

We offer pneumatic bar cutter. Pneumatic bar cutter is a newly developed bar cutter equipped with sensors and pace drive mechanism for precise and length to length cutting of bars.

A pilot plant is a small system which is operated to find out about the behavior of a process before using it on a large industrial scale. The pilot plant is used for testing the quality of soaps in the Lab by preparing small batches and varying the quantity of ingredients until the desired product is obtained. This process is done before full-scale production takes place to get the best quality.A Pilot Plant consists of every machine used in the actual industrial process of manufacturing but in a relatively smaller size that can fit in a lab and can be easily operated by Lab chemists for testing various batches of Soap, by varying as well as adding new ingredients like perfumes, fillers, colors etc.The test batch results give the idea that what would be the final product obtained when the same batch is made on a full industrial scale.

This is a device used for transferring the material from Sigma Mixer to Plodder machine. The machine is provided with FourSix Screws through which material mixed and feeded to Plodder. The design of this machine provide the material feeding to Plodder with uniform rate of feed along with enhanced mixing of the material.

This is a positive displacement pump being used for transfer the hot molten soap prepared in crutcher to soap storage tank..

We offer crutcher. This is the machine where all the raw materials used for saponification are mixed and the saponification takes place in this vessel when the materials are heated with steam passed through jacket provided around the vessel. Complete soap is prepared in hot molten condition.

The long cutted bars are passed through machine here they are cutted into required size cakes ready to pack with packing machine.

The premix batch after Homo Mixer is passed through the Cage Mill. This Machine is designed to bring uniformity in sizes of particles and also to crush the hard lumps which remain unbroken within the Homo mixer. After Passing the Powder mix through this machine no further Sieving is required. After the discharge of this machine Powder mix is send to the Packing Silo.

To convey the material vertically upward either to feed some machine or to the storage silos etc. these can be design to variety of sizes The buckets are generally mounted on chain.

We offer auto stamper. The cutted bars received from the rotary cutterpneumatic bar cutter are passed through tablet size blade frame with an automatic pushback arrangement and stamp logo onto it which are further fed continuously to adjoining billet conveyor.
