Shri Krishnaji Industries Mills with integral separator provider an automatic dust free complete system for medium & fine grinding and classification of wide variety of mineral and chemicals as well as simultaneously removing surface moisture from many products while they are being grind.   Principles of Operation The grinding operation in Shri Krishna Roller Mills is performed on the principal of Attrition and compression, which results due to the centrifugal force generated from the suspended rollers running inside a stationary Bull Ring. The material to be grind enters the grinding chamber through an automatic feeder and falls on the mills floor. There it is scooped up by steel into the nip space between the rollers and Bull Ring where grinding takes place. A constant quantity of air is circulated through the mills and system. The air from blower enters the mills through a series of tangential ports round the bases of grinding chamber and sweeps the fine and medium fine material to the classifier above the grinding chamber leaving no grinded material in the chamber and allowing the rollers to work & efficiently crushing coarse material. The classifier separates grinded materials, and coarse particles return to grinding chamber for further size reduction. Fine materials are carried by air to the cyclone air separators where air and grinded material are separated and collected. The clean air is returned to the blower for close circuit operation. Dustless Operation: For providing dustless operation, the mills is operated under negative pressure and is equipped with a Dust Collector system where any surplus air in the circuit is vented and fine dust is collected in dust collector bags.

  Introduction   Shri Krishna 3 Roller Mill or Triple Roller Mill is a heavy cast iron mill base working on shear force created by three rolls. This unit works on the principle of grinding by the action of rolls.   Working   The raw material to be pulverized is entered into the mill from the feed hopper through automatic roll feeder. The grinding chamber consists of rollers, each of which has ploughs set in front of them. These ploughs move the material between the rollers and the pulverizing ring. As the machine rotates, the roller swings due to centrifugal force and crush the material against the pulverizing ring.   The blower circulates constant air through the mill by a series of ports thereby moving the ground, fine and medium-fine materials into the separating chamber/classifier above the grinding chamber. This allows the rollers to work efficiently. The classifier separates the pulverized and coarse materials also returning the over-sized particles back to the grinding chamber for further grinding.   The pulverized material is thrown to the cyclone collector by the flow of air. Here, the air and the final product are separated and the material is discharged for collection and baggage. The unit is equipped with dust collecting system which separates the dust particles from the final product. These dust particles are held in the tubular dust collector bags.
