AJ's Roasted Vermicelli

Ingredient 1 Cup AJs Vermicelli, 1 tsp Oil, 1 tsp Ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 Clove 1 Small Stick Dalchini, 1 Elachi, 1/4 Cup Green Peas, 1/4 Grated Carrot 1/2 tsp Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, Salt to taste. Method Heat the oil in a deep non-stick Kadhai, add the AJs Vermicelli and saute on a medium flame for 5 min. remove & keep a side. Heat the Ghee in the same non-sick Kadhai add the Cumin seeds, clove, Cinnamon and Cardamom and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the Green peas and carrot and Saute on a medium flame for another 2 minutes. Add the Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala and Salt and saute on a medium flame for 30 more seconds. Add 1 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 min. with Stirring occasionally Add the AJs Vermicelli and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 min's. While Stirring occasionally, Add the lemon juice and mix well.
