HMI owns modern manufacturing facility to produce high quality Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes in Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, Duplex & Super Duplex grades by Cold finishing (Drawing / Pilger) process. Raw material for Seamless Pipes is Mother Hollow produced in-house. Being a raw material for this section, it passes with all internal inspection procedure which includes dimensional & visual checks and then released for production. Process involves various cold reduction cycles on Pilger Mills or Draw Benches, after every cold finishing operation it has to pass through Solution Annealing heat treatment process to remove stress developed. After heat treatment, material has to be cleaned by Pickling and Passivation Process. The finished pipes are checked in Quality Department for inspection meeting stringent norms according to National & International standards and as per client requirement. Area of Application: Conveying of large quantity / high volumes of any liquids / gas in economical way in various types of industries like Oil & Gas, Refinery& Petrochemicals, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Water Treatment & many others.
