We are pleased inform you that we have started manufacturing of turmeric powder with new concept technology. why we called this ? because most of manufacturer or trader buy polished turmeric finger and just pulverize it and make it turmeric powder. actually till date no one care or ask how they get dry turmeric finger ? actually, this finger mostly dried by farmers in india. the farmer first boil or steam the finger and dry the wet finger into a open land and direct sun heat. that is why, the in direct sun light nutrition value inside the product as well as most import part of turmeric curcumin value and volatile oil also reduce. and this process we may not say hygienic , the reason is they put the product in open land, also used metal drum, metal boiler etc etc. What we are doing ? we buy fresh turmeric finger directly from farmers. we wash this finger thoroughly with jet spray to clean properly. after that we put the finger in ss drum to steam it and then we put the wet finger in solar tunnel dryer. in this dryer no direct uv rays pass and also this dryer is well closed so no rust, insect enter into product. and thereafter dried finger we pulverised in ss pulveriser and finally screen it in ss mesh 300 micron sieve.
