The carriage is provided with both rapid & fine auto feed controlled by separate plc drive to facilitate a fine and speedy operation while boring. salient features auto feed in both direction for table traverse easy centering of the con-rods by the vertical column, which is provided with a combination of clamping and centering fixtures. wide range of tooling fixtures and accessories permitting boring of con-rods, small engine cylinders, etc. rigid spindle offering infinitely variable spindle speed range from 250-1200 rpm. unique design of the set up fixture permits perfect alignment between two bores. machine mounted tool setting device (tsm) makes operation very easy. bore inspection made very easy from rear with bore gauge without disturbing job setting
