Made under stringent quality norms, this versatile ready to use Plywood is the preferred choice for wood work. It is ideal for use in hot & humid climatic conditions, where there is a lot of moisture in the air. This plywood is made from seasoned hardwood core bonded with phenol formaldehyde resins under computer controlled temperature and pressure. It is fully powder proof, termite and moisture resistant, re-usable and therefore very economical. Our cores are made of continuous sheets with minimal to zero core voids, and faces with no knots. We use fully waterproof (immersion and boiling water tested) WBP phenol glues and hand grade each panel. Each panel features additional plies giving it strong screw and nail holding properties. Our products comfortably meet all major certified standards of water resistance requirements and the tests in boiling water. The superior bond strength between veneers avoids moisture and dampness. It can be easily replaced for wood because of its higher thickness and appearance as the products undergoes excellent finishing process. It can withstand severe climatic conditions. It passes through various quality measures starting from selection of hardwood timbers, strict control of quality and grade of face veneer and bonded with special quality of WBP grade PF resin. Finally it is treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, using specified borers, insects, fungi and termites.

Film faced plywood is lightweight, resistant to corrosion attack and water, easily combined with other materials and easy to clean and cut. Treating the film faced plywood’s edges with waterproof paint makes it highly water-and wear-resistant. Selected, naturally durable cross band veneers impregnated with specially formulated phenol resin and dried. Plywood pack made of veneers and cross band resin impregnated veneers. Face veneer on either side topped with phenol resin impregnated film. Pack in encase in aluminum plates and laminated under very high pressure and heat. Due to its durability and easily handled surface it can be used in open environment in construction and building e.g. warehouses, railway wagons, floors and sidewalls of trucks etc. Coating the film faced plywood with high-quality import films ensures hardness and damage resistance. The surface of the film faced plywood is hygienic and resistant to strong detergents, which is important for farming constructions and storage of food products. It can be used in conditions of high temperature drop, influence of moisture, detergent cleaning and provides protection against termites. Due to its durability film faced plywood is widely used in construction and building and vehicle industry for making transport equipment containers, loading platforms, truck and trailer floors and wagons. Film faced plywood can also be used to build sliding doors, advertising boards, play ground equipments, floors for sports arenas, smooth concrete casts, scaffolding, hoardings and fencings, packing and in internal & external design and paneling.

Block board is a wood based panel, made up of a core of softwood strips glued together. Utmost care is taken to ensure no gaps, overlapping or corrugation which eliminates the chance of opening up of the board when cut. The internal strips are generally made of light weight rubber wood or other jungle wood. Block board is used to make doors, tables, shelves, paneling and partition walls.
