The sheets shall be treated with chemical to enhance its paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. Epoxy and polyester resins are then applied by reverse roller coating technology and baked in sophisticated ovens. The bake process consists of two steps of coating and baking following a pretreatment. The first step is coating and baking a primer coat and the second step is coating and baking top and back coat. The result is a product, which is highly resistant to corrosion, and weathering and has excellent workability and durability.
