High Densified Film Faced Shuttering Plywood is manufactured in High Density Press of 1500 ton. It has extra strength than ordinary film face ply and can use more than 10 times of an ordinary filim face plywood. For structurally strong and better bonding it is treated differently while manufacturing.

Shuttering Plywood (Film Faced Plywood) is BWP (Boiling water proof) grade plywood treated with preservatives mainly used for concrete purpose. It withstands the loads and forces encountered during the pouring of concrete and vibrations. Available sizes : 2440mm x 1220 mm Thickness : 12mm , 15mm, 18mm, 25mm. The surface of the film faced plywood is hygienic and resistant to strong detergents, which is important for farming constructions and storage of food products. It can be used in conditions of high temperature drop, influence of moisture, detergent cleaning and provides protection against termites.
