...moreMica Powder
Mica Powder is manufactured by grinding or breaking of Mica Scrap. This is a complicated process as the scrap is a hard material. Mica Powder range varies from 20 Mesh – 400 Mesh and below. Mica Powder is used in welding electrodes, cables, foundry works, oil drilling, plastics etc. At PNR, we manufacture Mica Powder from Minus 60 Mesh & Minus100 Mesh
...moreMica Flakes
Mica Flakes is produced by pulverising the Indian Muscovite Mica Scrap into various sizes ranging from 2 Mesh to 30 Mesh as per application. The material is beaten by means of rotary hammer crushing machine till the required size is achieved. Mica Flake is majorly used in manufacturing of Pearlescent Pigments, concrete block fillers, decorative purposes, roofing and flooring purposes and many more. At PNR, we manufacture various grades of Mica Flakes as per customer’s requirement under strict and controlled atmosphere to avoid moisture and contamination from inorganic substances.
...moreFabricated Mica
The natural structure stability feature of mica makes it perfect with outstanding features of low leakage, great stability under increasing temperature, high insular strength, low rate of solar impurities and reasonable admittance factor. For These outstanding features, mica is most suited for use in thermionic valve bridges, cathode ray tube assemblies, condenser plates, domestic elements, stove plates and washers built up to any thickness. In almost all these applications, mica is die-punched and used as such, or with a coating.
