The company had recently installed BRAND NEW 120T, 180T and 260T Pressure Die Castings machines, all three machines have began commercial Production.  At present there is 80% spare capacity available for HPDC castings. Ejector Stroke 85 mm3. 260T COLD CHAMBER High pressure Die Casting Machine with MITSUBISHI  PLC, 260 Tonnes Locking Force, Max Shot Capacity 3.2 kg Tie Bar Dia 100mm, Distance between tie bars 520X520 Die Opening Stroke 400mm Ejector Stroke 100 mm.4. Tumble Blast Type Shot Blasting Machine: Barrel Diameter 700 mm, Length 700 mm. with supporting fettling machines    

The company has set up its own Non-ferrous Gravity Die-casting Unit & has started commercial production in April 1999. Initially only one 250 kg (melting cum holding) furnace is installed.  To increase capacity & variety of alloys, recently two more furnaces of 60 kg capacity are added, to ensure optimum metal quality, batch to batch by shorter melting & holding time, which is specifically desired for small & medium sized Aluminum components. Modular type, 5-way die opening & closing machine is being constructed to cater to most of the component types. The machine will have sophisticated hydraulics with provision for PLC.   The company is presently supplying a variety of castings with volumes ranging from 50 to 1000 nos. every day in fully finished condition components manufactured  include castings with shell sand cores as well as metallic cores ranging from thick walled to intricate thin walled castings
