To meet the demand of oil exploration and refineries ‘ani’ has developed a gauge for the pressure measurement of ‘crude oil’ completely on the basis of their in-house development department know-how. The gauge is designed as rugged and dependable keeping in view of application requirement of oil industries. To take care of vibration experienced in the christmas tree suitable damping arrangement has been incorporated. Conventional indicating pointer has been eliminated and the dial moves alongwith the pressure vibration to indicate the variable against red mark on the case.

We are offering differential pressure gauge. These gauges are intended for measuring the pressure differential existing across two media or two parts of a system. All common pressure elements are used, as the application demands. The pressure element separates the two pressurised media, and deflects proportional to the difference in pressures between the media, irrespective of the absolute pressures applied. This deflection is converted into the rotation of a concentric pointer on a dial, similar to regular pressure gauges. The absolute value of either of the pressures is not usually indicated.

Diaphragm sealed gauge commonly known as "chemical seal" gauge are designed and recommended to isolate the measuring system of a pressure gauge from corrosive, pasty or dangerous fluid depending on the viceosity, pressure, temperature, solidification of a particular process medium. The diaphragm seal has been filled under vacuum with the transmitting liquid, the pressure gaugediaphragm seal assembly must never be dismantled. A carefully designed corrogated diaphragm is used to achieve maximum flexibility and linearity with sufficient stroke to provide the displacement needed to produce full deflection of the sensing element.

We are offering capsule preesure gauge. Capsule pressure gauges are designed for measuring lowvery low pressures and vacuum. The pressure medium needs to be gaseous. The capsule consists of two diaphragms joined and sealed around their circumference. Several such capsules may be combined to enable measurement of very low pressures. Normally, pressure is applied to the inside of the capsule, which changes shape as a result. By means of a link and gear movement system, this deflection is converted into rotation of a concentric pointer indicating pressure on a dial.

These are used for measurement of pressure and vacuum and are suitable for all clean and non-clogging liquid and gaseous media. The bourdon tube is a thin walled tube of oval cross section which may be of ‘c’ form or spirally wound. This tube expands when pressure is applied internally; this expansion is converted into rotation of a concentric pointer with a gear movement. The reading indicated on a dial by the pointer is proportional to the pressure applied. C-type bourdon tubes are used for low pressure ranges and helical spiral tubes for higher pressure ranges.
