Uncoiler will be provided with brake chopper and brake resistor for maintaining Tension. Wire break is detected by Proximity switch. Complete operation will be controlled by ABB frequency Drive PLC unit with 3 inch HMI display. HMI will be placed in operation panel and Main PLC in the main control panel.
