It has been recently accepted internationally that all the industrial users of Air Conditioning machine shall not be allowed to drain the condensate to the surface. Rather some device should be added to evaporate the condensate water to the atmosphere by passing the same through a suitable heating tank:-

Health Care Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Clinics, Health Clubs, PHARMACEUTICALS INDUSTRY & LABORATORY . Horizontal chilled water ceiling suspended Air Handling units, are available in various sizes. The range of airflow is from 600 CFM to 8000 CFM. The nominal cooling capacity is from 1.5 TR to 20 TR. Single/ double skin Air Handling units are fabricated with extruded aluminum profiles. The single skin panel is fabricated from 1.2 mm / 1.6 mm galvanized steel sheet and is fixed to aluminum frame work using nuts and bolts from inside. The double skin sandwich panels are fabricated using either galvanized   or stainless steel sheets. Specification of the sheet used is of 0. 6 mm /0. 8 mm. The space between the sandwiched sheets panels is filled by injecting polyurethane foam of density 40 kg./m3 having thickness of 23mm.

Vibration Damper are mainly used to reduce stresses on Vibrating Conductor to avoid structural damage due to vibration on transmission lines. It is manufactured of Aluminum Alloy and Cast Iron Galvanized and the messenger wire is manufactured of High Tensile Galvanized Steel Strands duly Pre-formed and Post-Formed. These are manufactured as per ISS BSS ASTM and Customer specific specification.
